Deliberate practice
Through a lifetime commitment to learning and understanding high performance achievement I have applied deliberate practice to all aspects of my life, be it as a trainee junior soldier, cross country runner, Military Training Instructor, Youth Achievement Coach, learning to solve the Rubik's cube in under 30 seconds, playing chess, learning to drive a car and more recently learning to sing songs in fluent French. This has allowed me to achieve at the highest levels in my domains of competence throughout my life.
